The woman that checked us in, Karen, was exceptionally friendly!! The room was large. The bed was super soft which is normally quite the opposite in the "more affordable" range. It was too soft therefore not supportive for someone like me that has serious back problems. Breakfast had waffles but no waffle iron spray so the majority of the waffle stayed in said iron. Still edible but also would have been satisfying to pull out a complete waffle.

I loved the help I received in bringing my items from my motorcycle to my 2nd floor room. Because I got the last available room, I was allowed to park my motorcycle in the driveway under the cover. The staff is excellent. Unfortunately, at 8:15, when I came for breakfast, no hot items were available, but I was able to enjoy fresh fruit and yogurt with a cup of hot coffee.

The location was convenient to the wedding we were going to in Bay St Louis and it looked like they were making lots of upgrades to the property, we noticed them cleaning regularly. I would recommend this spot as a great budget accommodation. Close to a gas station as well so easy to fuel up grab water and get on the road.

Room was quiet (in the beginning) and bed was great! Sheets, Blanket and Pillows very comfortable. Had a pleasant bath which was excellent. Then as we settled in to sleep, doors started slamming and kids were screeching and running wild! It went on for quite a while...it eventually stopped. We enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed our 2 days here. The owner was exceptionally nice and put a new New refridge in our rm. Breakfast was very good. Sitting by pool was so nice and very clean! We will stay here again.
